All designs are illustrated and owned by Marta Munte and are protected by general copyright and intellectual property laws.
All information provided to clients by Marta Munte Design Studio is strictly confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
Exclusive color license
If a design has an exclusive color license, each colorway will only be sold once to one buyer.
Non-Exclusive colorway license
If a colorway from a design is offered as non-exclusive, it can be sold to more than one buyer.
I can also upload this design in this color way to my Spoonflower shop for those who want to purchase the fabric or wallpaper.
Use
When you buy a design, you’ll get the exclusive or non-exclusive license for exactly this combination of elements, backgrounds and colors.
This license allows you to print up to 300 meters or yards of fabric. For more meters or yards contact me. You may use the design for personal or commercial use for printing on fabric only.
Designs may not be resold, shared or changed in any way by the buyer.
Designs CAN NOT be uploaded to Print On Demand sites such as Spoonflower, Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Merch by Amazon, etc …
I will not be responsible for printing errors. I strongly recommend to purchase a sample before printing in large quantities on fabric.
*Elements from the designs may be reused by me for other designs or projects. This allows me to keep my prices affordable.
Payment
You can pay with credit card.
Shipping
This is a digital product no physical product will be sent.
High res (300 dpi) TIFF and JPG, sRGB color mode files will be available instantly after payment is completed.
Most files are iInstant download, if not, files are delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of payment received.
If you need another format, please let me know.
Colors
Please note that print colors may vary depending on your screen and printer.
Refunds and exchanges
Because of the digital format of this product, refunds or exchanges are not available. Contact me if you are not satisfied for any reason and I will be happy to help you.
Changes
You can ask for smaller or bigger* versions for a design.
*bigger versions are possible if the design is vector based.
Any change may incur a small charge depending on the complexity.
